TBP's invited paper addresses standardised modular offshore infrastructure architecture for emerging oil and gas frontiers. The future-dated presentation should not be described as completed until confirmed.

TBP Portugal™ and the proposed Lisbon Powerhouse

Development of an operating, legal and investment framework for the European–Atlantic gateway, with the RFF Lawyers memorandum prepared for strategic discussion.

Institutional identity and developing governance architecture

Publication of a framework describing founder-led executive leadership, active Senior Advisers, a Provisional Council being constituted and the Global Charter House™ being established.
